PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.

Ordering & Payment

We prefer to accept orders online as it is more secure. All prices on our site are in GBP and include VAT.
Accepted payment methods include payment by Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta and Paypal.

Shipping Information – UK

We post all our orders using Royal Mail’s 48 hour tracked service. As your order is tracked we will have proof of postage for all items, so in the unlikely event that your order should go astray, we will be able to claim from Royal Mail. If your order is returned to us for non-delivery / non-collection, we may have to charge you again for redelivery. 

All orders over £25 receive FREE Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked delivery.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your unused purchase for refund or replacement within 30 days of the original shipment date. You can arrange a return by emailing us at hello@littlegubbins.co.uk for our return address. We advise insuring your return as we can’t be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you paid for your order by credit card, and are returning, not replacing the item, a credit will be issued upon receipt of the product.

In the unlikely event that anything should go wrong with your delivery, please contact us by emailing hello@mykindaearth.co.uk within 30 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If any damage has occurred, please keep all articles in their original packaging, as we might need it for insurance purposes. Should we require the damaged item to be returned, then we will reimburse you for the cost. Please do not return damaged items before contacting us.

Important: Refunds can only be credited against the payment method used to make the purchase.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please send an e-mail during normal office hours using the contact form on the contact us page.

If the order has not shipped by the time we receive your request, we will issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, we regret that we cannot call back the articles. Please see the return policy for returning your order and requesting a refund.
